Was hit with a 25 dollar parking fee because they charge non customers to use their lot so they also charge the customer! Will NOT be staying with this company ever again! No hand soap in the bathroom just make up removal wipes, the body wash was empty and had 2 Sheetsbif toilet paper left on the roll when we arrived. When we called the front desk we were told we can come down and get bar soap and even knowing about the parking that made us upset she never gave us our parking pass and we had to go and retrieve one before we got ticketed and or towed! Attitude the whole time from female staff from 1st shift and 2nd shift not as bad but still zero hospitality. One male staff when we returned from an outing and he was the most pleasant and helpful!

Omar only needed to spend a night because we were driving from New York City to Indianapolis. It was a comfortable stay. The breakfast was good, though I would’ve liked some more option like fruit. The only bad thing was the elevator because somehow it felt colder than the rest of the building. I don’t know if it because of the outside weather, but something should be done about it.

We liked that is was very close to a lot of things . We DID NOT like the fact that you have to pay $25 per night to park in the parking lot of the hotel. Very strange. The front desk clerk, Pierre, was very sweet and very helpful!

Housekeeping didn’t come second day, was a 4 day stay, requested towels, concierge was great about bringing them. Request housekeeping 3rd and they didn’t show up until we were back in the room at 4pm. Said they would come back as we needed time. Did not. No blanket or shett for sofa bed, though we did get one when we requested it.

Booked through Expedia. Check-in time per booking was 3pm. Room was not ready till 6.30pm because last night was sold out and they were still cleaning. There was no one responsible at the front desk and asked to send an email to the manager.
