Room was good. Food was good. Upstairs tenants were very noisy. And for our 3 days the internet didn't work--understandable as it as a outage cause. But still missed out on that.

Disappointing. Room was dirty and there were only two lamps. The black out curtains didn’t close all the way and the bathroom door was broken. The showerhead was also partially broken so the water didn’t come out evenly.

The staff were friendly. However the rooms definitely need some work. There was no lamp on desk, the light was burned out on one of the lamps by the bed. There were cigarette burn marks in the carpet. And the bathroom sink and tub look like they were not rinsed at all. The location is convenient but certainly needs attention.

No WiFi for the duration of my stay.I asked when it started,and they said the week prior.It would have been good customer service if they would have informed me ahead of time,since it was a business trip.I was stuck since I got the non refundable rate.Not a happy traveler.Plus,didn't clear the snow from the lot enough.

The driveway entrance-exit was awful. Furniture wasn't great. Food was not up to the standard of other Hampton Inns that we stayed at. The bed was comfortable. The people were great.
