Only one issue, which was on the companied young children running up and down the halls and on the elevator going to the pool. In my opinion there should be an adult present when the children are in the pool if under 18

Hard to sleep so close to the road…broken hot tub

This hotel was priced right and close to Pittsburgh but not that close. Unfortunately it is a loud hotel being very close to a set of roads that you wouldn’t think would be too loud overnight. The place was also under construction when I arrived and new carpets were going in. And the front doors seemed to be open often, so the lobby was cold. Also, I booked here for the hot tub. But it was basically broken. This seems to be the case with almost every hotel these days. So it was a hot tub of water with a failed whirlpool device. So just like a large bathtub. If I’d have known, I would have booked somewhere else.

Hotel Smoke Scam

The hotel was dirty, the pool was really gross and warm. The hotel was loud all night. After we left we were charged $100 smoking fee. We do not smoke, and we payed for insurance through hotel.com. No one did anything, this hotel is getto and scams people out of their money.

I booked a room with a small bed not knowing and the lady at the front desk told me you know the bed is small for two people. She upgrade me to a room right next to the pool zero charge. Room had nice amenities and was very clean.

It was nice & clean in the hotel & room. The Interstate outside the window could be heard easily. The check in was good- helpful lady. When we left the main floor washroom had 0 paper towels to dry your hands & no hand dryer, this same washroom had 0 paper towels when we checked in the day before. I informed the young lady that was cleaning/taking care of the washrooms of the situation & she questioned me as if I was not stating the truth so I suggested that she check it for herself & she confirmed what I had informed her of. She then mentioned to the front desk lady that they would have to find some & refill it. I would hope this would be checked on a daily basis but apparently they are waiting for hotel guests to inform them of what needs to be replaced. When we checked out the day-shift lady also did not ask how are stay was which we were asked when we stayed at a different Wingate hotel on the way to Florida.
