The hotel is relative old around this area. The room condition is okay, but not good. The TV cannot connect to popular streaming services such as Netflix, youtube etc. the location is good though, easy access to many dining places nearby, so it is still a good choice depending on what you want.

The front desk staff (and valet team) are truly amazing! Just minutes before I was leaving to go to my son’s graduation my glasses broke and the front desk staff were extremely helpful to find crazy glue and basically were just the nicest group ever! The hotel is convenient to everything “Pitt” and our room was wonderful and clean and we even lucked out with a view of the Cathedral of Learning which was a great treat! Highly recommend this hotel! They made Commencement Weekend so enjoyable (even during a snowy weekend when driving was a challenge)! The staff just cared and treated us like family! H2Pitt 💛💙
