Initial room was very dirty including leftover food in the fridge. Changed rooms and then was locked out of my room as the door malfunctioned. Stsff was very nice but overall a bad experience and wont be staying there for my annual Pittsburgh trips moving forward.

Always a pleasure staying here, rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is professional and competent. The food and atmosphere at Jackson’s is always pleasant.

Disappointing Stay Despite Friendly Staff

The hotel has a welcoming lobby, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. However, the rooms were a letdown—the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and the space could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning. Unfortunately, due to the poor sleep quality, I wouldn’t stay here again.
