The room was very clean and I appreciated the gym. However, if you plan to walk downtown, be aware that the hotel isn’t located in the nicest area. I had business at the Convention Center, and had to walk by scary areas full of open drug use less than 0.5 miles from the hotel. (You can avoid it by climbing up a long series of stairs and passing through the university but the route still felt questionable). Maybe pay more and stay closer to your intended location if on a business trip?

From the second we were being checked in until we checked out- everything was perfect. The staff was fantastic. The room was spotless. Our 2 year old loved the pool. And, the breakfast selection/quality was the best ive had at any hotel. I wish I looked at the staffs name tags to thank them by name! The houseman was was everywhere and was always around with a smile or answer to any question we had! We will definitely stay there next time we in town

Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was a plus. Rooms were nice. My only gripe is having to pay $22 a day to park at the hotel you’re staying at?! Maybe build that into the overall cost, if it’s REALLY necessary, so it’s less of a sticker shock.

VERY nice and helpful daytime front desk staff! A homeless man walked in and was taking things from the convenience mart in the front and the front desk staff member (I think she was a manager) handled it perfectly! I also had to extend my stay and they were very accommodating
