We stayed at this Home2 Suites for a quick overnight trip. Check-in was very smooth, but I was informed upon arrival that the room I had selected—specifically a first-floor room—was not available, and we were placed on the second floor instead. When we got to the room, we noticed there were no linens provided for the pull-out couch. It took some time to get them, but they did arrive eventually. Up to this point, the experience was manageable. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit never functioned properly. Despite being set to 60 degrees, the room remained uncomfortably warm. I ended up sleeping in shorts with just a sheet because it was so hot. To top things off, someone was smoking weed on the back patio that evening, and the smell spread throughout the entire parking lot. All in all, I don’t think we’d choose to stay at this location again.

Nice hotel!

Love staying at this hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, black out blinds. Great breakfast! Only thing is...should only allow pets on certain floors. Did not appreciate the rude pet owner allowing their dog to bark at night or in the morning. Also poses an allery issue. If my son had traveled with us, would have been a problem. In the future when booking, i will ask for a pet free room/ floor accommodation. Love dogs, but not rude pet owners.
