We arrived late after a long drive. There was a foul odor throughout the hallways in the building. The first room on the 5th flr was dirty. My daughter showered and the water did not drain. We had to change rooms very late at night. The second room on the 3rd flr was a bit more clean and the shower water drained fine. The foul smell was in all hallways in the building. We had to take the stairs to avoid walking in the hallways. The breakfast was below average. The parking was a bonus except they charge $24 per day and it was not easy getting in and out. The room card never worked to open and close the gate. We will not be staying at this hotel again. We do not recommend for the price. There are other hotels to choose from in Pittsburgh.

Overall the hotel was nice, and staff was friendly, just needs a little bit of TLC and updating. The room and hallway had seen better days, but were still in presentable condition. My biggest complaint was the pillows. They were completely flat and offered absolutely no comfort or support. The breakfast was nice, parking was in a gated in area, and the lobby was large and spacious. It was located in a very nice neighborhood that was located centrally to the sights that we had wanted to check out. Overall had a pleasant experience during my stay.
