We said for W&J homecoming. Paid almost $350 yet breakfast wasn’t free. And room was very old, bathroom sink was dripping, bathroom and room and hallways were dingy.

They charge you for breakfast unless you ask them not to. And I asked them not to, and they still charged me anyway. Credit card dispute won. This place is very dated. No USb ports to be found in the rooms. They literally could just buy new alarm clocks that have all the ports, but their apparently too cheap not to. Like $20 alarm clocks on Amazon. Staff is rude. Watch you credit card charges with this place. You have like a mile walk to the casino if you stay there. Pro tip. Exit left after the bridge and walk diagonal across the 2nd floor parking garage. Will save 5 minutes off your life. Protip. The Sheetz gas station breakfast platter at $7.50 is better than anything you will get from this hotel. Sheetz is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Room smelled and was dirty. Down the street and typically $50 cheaper is the Spark by Hilton. Free breakfast. Brand new rooms with a great TV system(all streaming services and whatnot). All the chargers. Nice beds and pillows. Don't know why anyone would stay at a Hyatt property. I will certainly never again.

Booked a king suite and they overbooked the room, put me in another room, and charged me for the difference (without asking). Charged me for 2 breakfasts when we didn’t have one. If I didn’t check my card I would have never known. Will never be back!

The refrigerator didn't work, the toilet paper holder was broken, a lampshade was smashed, no hot water, poor water pressure, drawer would not shut, the door to the room had been broken into and the pillows were heavy. Probably because they were full of mite fesses. The people that worked there are NOT interested in serving the customers. They don't look at you or give you a smile. Looking away they asked, "Can I help you?". But not really meaning it.
