Guest Access:

The entrance to the building is located to the left of Goodlife Financial. In the doorway is a lockbox with a key to the main entry glass door. The code will be provided on the day of check-in. Use this key to unlock the door, then please place it back in the lockbox for guests staying in the other unit. To find Unit 2 you will go up the stairs and turn right. Unit 2 is at the end of the hall. A code for the door will be provided on the day of check-in, and there is a lockbox with a key if the code doesn't work.

If you prefer public transportation, you'll find bus stops within walking distance, allowing you to navigate the city and nearby neighborhoods effortlessly. Additionally, rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available, providing a convenient and reliable way to travel at your convenience. For those who prefer to drive, there is ample street parking nearby, ensuring you can conveniently access your vehicle during your stay.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and consistent policy for all guests.

- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund

- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation cost

- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable



For reservations made through third-party platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO, the cancellation policy associated with the listing at the time of booking will apply.

Check-In Form Required

All primary guests must complete a short check-in form after booking. This must be completed prior to receiving check-in instructions and entry codes. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy

We’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests when possible, depending on our cleaning schedule and same-day reservations.

If you’d like to guarantee an early arrival or a late departure, we offer the option to add the night before or after your reservation at a 50% discount, as long as those nights are still available at the time of your request.

Pet Policy

We welcome well-behaved pets with an additional pet fee charged per pet, per reservation. For 30+ day stays, the pet fee is charged monthly, and a $200 refundable pet deposit is required prior to check-in. This deposit will be returned after checkout once the property has been inspected and no pet-related damage or excessive cleaning is required.



. Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and ensuring they do not disturb neighbors.

Your stay includes damage coverage through Guesty Shield:

• No security deposit required

• A non-refundable damage protection fee is included in your reservation (may appear as a “management fee”)

• For stays over 21 days, additional coverage applies every 21 days



This protects both guests and hosts from accidental damage. It does not cover intentional damage, violations of house rules, or costs related to smoking, unauthorized guests, or pet policy violations.
