Overall the hotel and room was nice. It wouldve been helpful to know that parking in the lot was valet only before i arrived. The front desk clerk did go above and beyond when i told him that the TV remote was missing. He mustve tried 10 different remotes before finding one that worked. I did have to ask for a refrigerator aswell. The only down sides (aside from the unknown valet parking) was that the vent fan in the bathroom could not be shut off and that the drain in the shower was clogged thankfully there was another drain in the bathroom so nothing flooded.

The staff was extremely helpful, the room was very clean and the shower was amazing! The valet parking was simple and the hotel was only a 15 minute walk from our destination so it made things so much easier. Didn't visit the roof top bar but the bar located inside the hotel was very clean and the staff were amazing. Drinks are a bit pricey but worth it to not have to leave the hotel.

The room was fine, small but clean and had everything we needed. The valet staff were really nice. The hotel staff were fine. There were no restaurants open. The bar did not have a cocktail menu or any craft beer. I am fairly certain the Brick restaurant is closed despite the website information. In general, the hotel sounds much nicer on the website than it is in real life. It is mostly a generic hotel with few services. The area around the hotel is very walkable and there are restaurants nearby.

When we first saw the property, we thought that we had made a mistake. But that quickly changed when we walked inside and when we got to our room. The building was built in 1868 and it was very unique. (In a good way) the room was smaller than many I have stayed in but it was laid out and decorated in a very nice way and was extremely comfortable. The staff were polite, friendly and professional. I would definitely stay there again.
