Done. I travel weekly and this is one of my new favorites.
Even though my TV did not work for 3 days, I think it was due to the weekend - but otherwise the staff were so accomodating, a little difficulty extending my stay through a third party (hotels.com), but otherwise very nice!
It's tough when the classification of the room type ("classic" vs "premier", etc) differs from hotels.com to what your virtual front desk called it.
Also, the Bluetooth speaker was broken. I asked for a replacement, and I was told it would be taken care of from the virtual front desk. After 3 hours I asked again....and they told me it might be resolved within 24 hours. Way after my checkout. Is this how slow everything is?
