The many small details shows the place is clearly not cared for: Broken stool, broken lid to electric kettle, broken shower gel pump, burned out screen on television.... individually no big deal. cumulative, something was broken at every interaction.

Clean, cool room with thoughtful and plentiful amenities. Great views. Never saw staff but they were pretty responsive by email. Surprisingly good bar/restaurant in the lobby. For the price this hotel exceeds the expectations. If something isn’t quite right you might be inconvenienced before it gets addressed, but that’s the trade-off for the lower price.

The room was spotless. The bathroom has thick, soft towels and was so clean. Real cups for your coffee and tea. Would definitely stay here again.

There was no staff on the premises. My room was freezing and the thermostat couldn’t be changed. The first night I had to go to bed fully clothed. I reported this to the KASA team by phone and somebody came next morning and raised the temperature a few degrees. Second night I asked (again by phone) for an extra blanket. Not available though one came 3d day of my stay. Having no staff on the premises does not work!
