This listing is for the entire Sunset Gecko complex, all four oceanfront units and all spaces are exclusively yours, giving your group a total of 8 bedrooms. Located on Sunset Point Drive, a prime, quiet, private street in Placencia Village, Sunset Gecko offers the rare combination of being walkable to all the shops, restaurants, and bars in the Village while sitting on a peaceful ocean-front lane away from the traffic and noise typical of most Village properties.

All four units are concrete construction with high-end finishes, professionally decorated and furnished inside and out with all the comforts of home. Each of the 8 spacious bedrooms features a king bed, a private en-suite bathroom, a private patio, its own air-conditioning unit, and a large flat-screen smart TV. Each of the 4 living rooms also has two chairs that pull out into single beds designated for children. Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, smart TVs in the living room and every bedroom, full air-conditioning, cable TV, high-speed internet, an outdoor gas grill, and covered balconies on both the sea and street sides.

The crown jewel of Sunset Gecko is the spectacular third-floor rooftop deck, shared across the complex. A large infinity-edge pool overlooks the ocean, surrounded by custom metal shade structures, high-end pool furniture, lounge areas, and dining tables. An outdoor kitchen and scenic bar complete the space, and the panoramic 360-degree ocean and Maya Mountain views from up here are simply incredible, the perfect place to watch the sunset that gives Sunset Point its name.

— Private chef service — $125 per day. Each chef day includes 3 full meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) prepared fresh for your group. You will only need to reimburse the chef directly for the cost of groceries. Nothing is marked up, and the chef will provide you with an invoice, payment instructions, and copies of all receipts. Food costs typically run $45 to $50 per person per day based on the preset menu.

Placencia is relaxed, uncrowded, and refreshingly authentic, far less congested than Ambergris Caye/San Pedro. **GETTING FROM THE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO THE PROPERTY**
All international flights arrive and depart through Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) in Belize City. From there, you have three options for getting to Placencia. After confirming your reservation, your Gecko concierge will reach out to help coordinate your preferred transfer.

Option 1 — Flying: A 30-minute domestic flight from BZE to the Placencia airstrip costs $299 USD round trip per person. Your concierge will also arrange pick-up from the Placencia airstrip directly to the property. Our concierge will work with you to book the local flights as soon as you have your international flights ready.

Option 2 — Private Shuttle: A comfortable, direct shuttle from BZE to the property takes just over 2 hours on a fully paved road. Cost is $650 USD round trip (tax included) for up to 3 passengers, plus $60 per additional person round trip (maximum 12 passengers). Our concierge will work with you to book the shuttle van as soon as you have your international flights ready.

Option 3 — Self-Drive: Prefer to explore at your own pace? Rent a car from the agency of your choice at BZE and drive yourself to the property. Be sure to secure your rental online prior to your arrival. Your concierge will provide detailed directions upon booking.
