IF YOU WISH TO AVOID THE HUSTLE AND THE BUSTLE OF THE CITY, THIS STUDIO, LOCATED IN VENI, IS AN OPPORTUNITY YOU CANNOT MISS!!! OUR PROPERTY IS A STUDIO WHICH CONTAINS A COMFORTABLE DOUBLE BED, WIFI, BATHROOM/TOILET, FRIDGE,COFFEE MAKER, KETTLE, COOKING DEVICE AND EQUIPMENT, TOASTER, A SPACIOUS VERANDA WITH GREAT VIEW ETC. CLEAN SHEETS, PILLOWS, TOILET PAPER, SHAMPOO, TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. OUR STUDIO IS CLOSE (BY CAR) TO ALMOST EVERY PLACE THAT A GUEST WOULD LIKE TO VISIT/ENJOY IN THIS PART OF OUR BEAUTIFUL ISLAND. WORLD FAMOUS FALASSARNA BEACH IS 30-35 MINUTES DRIVE. BALOS WITH ITS UNIQUE "BLUE LAGOON" IS 30-35 MINUTES DRIVE (CARS CAN REACH TO A CERTAIN POINT. FROM THERE GUESTS NEED TO WALK AROUND 30-35 MINUTES. YOU CAN ALSO REACH BALOS BY BOAT FROM KASTELI'S PORT (20 MINUTES DRIVE). OVERWHELMING ELAFONISSI IS 1 HOUR AND 5 MINUTES DRIVE AND THE SAME DRIVING TIME APPLIES FOR LIVELY PALEOCHORA WITH ITS MANY BEAUTIFUL BEACHES ("GYALISKARI" AND "VOLAKAS" ARE MY FAVOURITES). THE MAIN AREA OF KOLYMVARI IS ONLY 6-7 MINUTES DRIVE. AT KOLYMVARI YOU WILL FIND SUPER MARKETS, SHOPS, CAFE, RESTAURANTS/TAVERNS, GROCERIES AND A PEACEFUL BEACH FOR SWIMMING. THE CITY OF CHANIA WITH ITS PICTURESQUE OLD CITY AND HARBOUR IS 30-35 MINUTES DRIVE. WATER SLIDES "SELINI AQUA SPLASH" ARE 10 MINUTES DRIVE FROM OUR PROPERTY. A FEW WINERIES AND LOCAL BREWERY "HARMA" ARE CLOSE TOO. AS I MENTIONED EARLIER, EVERYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE TO VISIT OR ENJOY IS REALLY CLOSE FROM OUR STUDIO. A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY!
