Property was unique, however restaurant food wasn’t great. Breakfast was less than 3 star quality and very over priced. Customer service was terrible and maintenance in the villas was horrendous. Our showers and bathrooms upstairs and downstairs all stopped working and there were major leaks throughout the villas. Housekeeping would see it as well. The manger’s didn’t say anything to us until we complained finally. The manager offered a room to shower and use bathroom in that was also not suitable but we got to at least shower and brush our teeth. We had 3 young children with us as well. We would never recommend or stay here again. We spent a total of 20k from bill to the food and drink costs for only 4 days. Only for them to accommodate one night free and breakfast.

This was the most beautiful property I’ve ever stayed at. The villas were beautiful with a private pool, cabanas, & outdoor bath. We loved having our bikes right outside our villa to bike to the beach. The food and service was incredible.

This place used to be absolutely great but is going downhill hot tubs not working, tiles off of pool and hot tub, pool, dirty, not what I expect for 2500 a night

Deferred maintenance. Pool lights wiring very visible in the pool. Villas seemed dated and deferred maintenance. Bike paths were narrow and dangerous to share with speeding golf carts with staff members. And unknown hidden tax per person per room for eco tax.

Incredible personalized Service . Great Food. Wines were a little overrated. Espectacular Pool beach. Nice Ocean Front Room. Bottles of water should be change for another cap system. The rest was great

The property was extremely loud. They have the pool equipment right next to your room so you can’t even sleep.
