Enjoy over 1,400 sq ft (aprox 140 sq mt) of living space with a large balcony, the Italian style furniture, the fully equiped kitchen and the large TVs. We provide water, tea, coffee, salt and pepper to get you started!
This apartment is perfect for a family or group of friends. Five blocks from the world famous 5th Ave, and 5 mins walking distance to the beach. The perfect spot since it is the amazing spots that Playa has to offer.
One of the greatest parts of Playa del Carmen is wonderful weather - typically in the 70s and 80s year round - so why not enjoy it outside! Grill fresh food on the balcony with our charcoal grill.
The apartment is very well decorated and appointed. On the walls you will find nice artwork. Adorning the counters there is nice, quality touches like glass vases and figurines. The kitchen is well stocked with high quality appliances.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and a large private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 new individual beds (or a king size bed in case is needed), a chair and a large wardrobe.
The main space hosts the modern marble kitchen with stainless steel appliances, hot and cold fresh water cooler and breakfast bar. Next to the kitchen and dining area with table and seating for 6. Adjacent to the dining area, comfortable living room and comfortable HDTV. Off the living room is another private balcony
The apartment resides in the Paraiso Magico Condo only 2 blocks away from the pedestrian shopping and dining boulevard of 5th Avenue, and only 4 blocks away from various beach clubs. DAC, a fresh fruit and veggie market is only 2 blocks away while the Mega, a large supermarket is right behind the building. The condo has a cleaning service, 24 hour security, elevator and free ground floor parking.

Attention, les photos et la description ne correspondent pas Ă lâappartement. Le premier appartement que lâon nous a assignĂ© Ă©tait tout simplement horrible, malpropre, odeur nausĂ©abonde, mobilier brisĂ©. AprĂšs discussion ardue, on nous a offert un autre appartement qui Ă©tait mieux, mais toujours trĂšs diffĂ©rent de celui montrĂ© dans lâannonce . Oubliez les vases et les Ćuvres dâart. Pas de BBQ, pas de refroidisseur dâeau, cuisine trĂšs peu Ă©quipĂ©e . Service de sĂ©curitĂ© non efficace, voisins qui chantent et crient jusquâĂ 5;00 hres la nuit pendant 10 jours sans jamais intervenir . Bon point: situation.
