The apartment is located in a building with a rooftop terrace with unbeatable 180° views of the Caribbean Sea, a spectacular swimming pool, gym, a lobby in front of the pool, a convenience store, Jacuzzi and an enviable location, just a few steps from the ferry to Cozumel, the bus station, 5th Avenue and the beautiful Turquoise Water Beach. The space
Upon entering the apartment, you will find an open 3 in 1 space (Living room, Dining room and Kitchen) with a sliding glass door as a prominent visual element at the back of the Property. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your vacation.

After passing this area, you'll find the hallway that leads to the bedroom, but first, you'll find the bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

The bedroom is at the back and has a bed, 2 bedside tables, a screen, air conditioning, a wardrobe and a desk for working from home.

It also has a sliding glass door; if you open it, you will be on the Balcony overlooking the Central Pool.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of the building. There are 2 elevators, stairs, a lobby and, in front of it, a beautiful pool. Also next to the Lobby is the OXXO store (similar to a 7-Eleven).

On the Rooftop, there is another Pool with a Spectacular design and a 180° View of the Caribbean Sea... The Sunrises and Sunsets there are Dreamy.

Guest access
The Elevators and Stairs are located directly in front of the Lobby. Go to the 4th Floor by the Stairs or Elevator, go around the Property to your Right through the corridor and there you will find the apartment you booked with us.
