Hotel was fantastic. Super beautiful. We had an issue with the first room (to be fair we upgraded rooms late and I think that was the last room they had available) and the hotel reached out to us to move us when a new room became available. Hotel is also situated in an amazingggggg location, so walkable and safe. Just absolutely loved my stay. We also got the Club Lounge which was so worth it. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is pretty nice, with direct access to the beach and just a block away from the 5th Ave. On-site restaurants are good, but a bit expensive. The main drawback was a music from an adjacent venue, really loud and non-stop all weekend long, so if you are looking for a quiet paradise, look somewhere else (or plan your trips for the weekend, as during the week it's not that bad). Overall, we had a good time, would stay there again.

This hotel was really good it was our second time staying there however the only thing I will say is that we were very dissapointed there was no public jacuzzi. To add on to that the pools were not heated either so it was too cold to swim.

We had a wonderful time on our family vacation. Staff could not have been friendlier and everything was clean. We ate some meals at the hotel which was tasty but I do recommend exploring the area on foot (very safe and lots of shops restaurants near by). We will definitely be back
