Mala experiencia del servicio al cliente

Pésimo servicio, da mala fama al sector turístico. Llegamos y nos cobraron un porcentaje adicional por pagar con Tarjeta de crédito. Nos querían cobrar hasta las toallas. No han querido refacturarme lo cobrado, cuando lo hicieron lo facturaron con un importe menor y con una forma de pago errónea. No pudimos entrar al estacionamiento y tampoco hicieron por resolvernos.

Spotless but TINY private room. Definitely a party hostel/hotel, music loud all night and the 0030 curfew not adhered to. Lovely pool area and good location.
