Pelicano Inn is a great place to stay. The staff is awesome! The room was spacious, did not have ocean view, but we were close enough to the ocean and would go up to the gym and have the whole terrace to watch the ocean. The ocean was not clear, but we would see it clearing up everyday... in a couple of weeks it should be zargazo free. The breakfast was awesome! Isaac is a great server! Place is very well situated. In the middle of everything, but also quiet enough to have a good night sleep. Everything is walking distance. It is not a luxurious hotel, but it is a great one! It was the Perfect Place for our couple's getaway.

It was really lovely. Great location, beach is beautiful even with the rocky sections. Food was amazing. Staff was friendly and attentive. Only issue was the wifi went out a few times, but otherwise we loved our stay there.

This hotel says they offer shuttle service however when I reserved and tried over 50 times to call them to make a reservation for shuttle all my calls went unanswered. I went into panic since it was my first time at playa and was really looking for a hotel with shuttle so that I could feel safer. I had to cancel my reservation to try and find another hotel that could answer and did not receive my money back either.

The hotel is older in architecture but is well kept, clean and comfortable. The retro vibe works and offers a quiet retreat away from crowds, bars and restaurantals. The location however is great as you are literally steps away from all the action. The staff at the front desk were friendly and very willing to assist and ensure my stay was comfortable. The waiters at the restaurant were also cool and professional. My only disappointment was the beach as it was full of seaweed. The hotel doesn't have controll over this as it affected all the hotels on the strip as well.

It’s well situated, but TV did not work and no parking which you have to pay extra. They offered breakfast and thing that it made it special was that they fix you a box with sandwich, apple and a bottle of water to take for early excursions.

This hotel is in the perfect location right off 5th ave. Very convenient if you're into the night life as there are 2 well known bars at the corners of the ave. The staff were all very lovely and super helpful. The food was amazing!! I do wish they had a pool but that is just a personal preference and doesn't take away from the hotel. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again!

Great location and wonderful staff! The hotel is in a quiet, convenient location, which made for a very relaxing stay. The standout was definitely the staff—everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast, which was delicious and well-prepared. While the furniture and room decor feel dated and could use an update, everything else was very good. Not quite a 5-star experience due to the room interiors, but the service and overall atmosphere more than made up for it.

It’s not a place where you would spend a lot of time inside your hotel room. But I strongly recommend it. There are many shopping stores and many restaurants walking distance. The Hotel is right next to the beach and from the restaurant you can view the ocean. Security is great and convenient is a big plus! Many activities in surroundings

Great location and service

Great location and service. Sadly there was seaweed on the beach so couldnt really enjoy it fully. The other beach was completely clean, so hope the seaweed will be dealt with the same way as at Mamitas beach. What I did not enjoy is having one socket in the room placed in a very strange location. Hope this will be looked into at some point as it would really improve the stay
