Good morning people, I just wanted tell you guys that the hotel Xcaret arte was okay, I expected more on the service. I has a issue with my room. It was very cold and I call the front desk and they send a maintenance guy to fix the AC, and after I got back from my adventure the room was still cool as hell. So I call the front desk again and told them that the room was still cold and asked them to send a another person to fix the AC. So this time I waited for the maintenance person, and then he took off the picture frame from the restroom and reset the breaker and told me to turn on AC on when the temperature reaches the desired temperature so I was waiting for the temperature to reach the desired temperature but about 5 minutes the AC came on automatically. So I went to the talk to the manager about the issue and she told me that the AC is preset from the hotel and told me that I can not change the temperature, so I was arguing with her why in the hell they did not tell me from the beginning, why did they send the maintenance guy twice. So she told me that she wanted to help me and charge the room so I told her that charging the room is not helping me because the AC is preset through the whole hotel so she did not do anything for me. I paid $6,000 dollars for 4 nights and I had to turn off the breaker when is cold and turn on the breaker when it was hot so I was the automatic AC. I definitely do not recommend this hotel if you guys want to change the AC temperature t

We love the property-so beautiful! Rooms are very nice and clean. Service at the restaurants was hit or miss. Took a long time to get your drink orders, even for a coke. Food/service was pretty good at the full service restaurants. At the buffets- I wish there was a make your own taco bar instead of having somebody make your taco every time- too long wait time-for the made fresh items. Sometimes I just want to get it and go and make it just the way I like it! Love the parks!.

As a solo traveler this was amazing, all inclusive amenities galore! The swim up garden room was an absolute dream to sleep In each night, everything from the historic art and soul poured into each room to the smallest details of local made goodies left as gifts almost daily, each with its own story to tell of its origins and heritage. The staff were all super helpful one gentleman even went as far as to pause his duties and directly escort me to the gym area. Everything from the beaches, the gift shops, the endless drink and food options made this stay definitely a hard one to top!

Everything about Xcaret Arte was beyond excellent. We enjoyed the property, the architecture is beautiful. Truly a work of art. The staff and food was excellent. W loved our Rive spa room in Casa de la Paz which was so peaceful and right above the spa. We loved that our room came with a free 1 hour hydrotherapy session as well. We will definitely be returning.
