Great property. Only downside were the hot tubs were all empty, it would have made the experience perfect and would have made me stay a bit longer. Otherwise, great location and very clean and friendly staff. I would stay again

Lovely courtyard and rooftop pools. But the property needs maintenance. Elevator is out of service. Jacuzzis havent been operational in a while. Clean otherwise. 24 hr staff are very nice.

This is an older property, with dated furniture. Most people will say it needs renovating to bring it up to date. That being said it is clean, location is good. Easy walk to main streets and beach but far enough away to be quiet at night. Our time here was like being in a time warp but we really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and very helpful. May not be everyone’s cup of tea but we would stay there again.

I really like the hotel . It’s cute , style boutique. No big , because I don’t like big resorts . People who work here very nice and helpful. The location was perfect walking distance to 5th Avenida , the beautiful beach , shooing , Walmart and a lot restaurants nearby . I like the tea, coffee station , fruit tarts and always plenty of fresh water . The only problem I was on the 5th floor and the elevator didn’t work but the guys who worked there helped me carry my suitcase. I wish the roof tap bar will be open also

Hotel is Rustic, needs some major and minor repairs. Elevator was not working so plenty of stair exercise. 3 Pools were very nice 3 hot tubs not is service. We opted for the breakfast deal and it was good. Lots of food options very close to choose from. Staff very polite and helpful.

We stayed here for a few days. The property was great, pools were beautiful, hot tubs weren’t filled, but it’s hot so that wasn’t an issue. The hotel is a beautiful old building with cute art features, comfy sitting areas that make you feel at home. The room itself was small, but the bed was super comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was the best we’ve had this trip. Parking was free and very secure, the only way in or out of the garage was through a staff member. We were walking distance to any type of restaurant or street vendor you could imagine, and maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach. We were close enough to everything, but far enough away that it was quiet at night for us to sleep. I would stay here again.

I was pretty satisfied. The breakfasts were good. The room was clean. The staff were great! Omar Robert and others I can’t remember all their names were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself could use a little updating. It has real Mexican charm though. I think for the price it was great. Good location. Only thing I can say it was a little bit of a walk to the main beach. The weather was very very hot during our week. So it felt like a longer walk. 10 minutes.

I've stayed here on many occasions and it's always a excellent stay. Walking distance to the beach and the Walmart. On the weekends there is street vendors and live music just across the street from the hotel

I stayed for 13 nights in February. Great location, near 5th Ave and beach. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Very clean. Pool areas very good, especially rooftop pool. Tasty breakfast. Highly recommended, will stay again.

Excellent place to stay

I loved staying here. There are three pools for swimming and lounging. The room was spacious, and the TV and air conditioning were great. The staff is very nice and helpful. There are some small quirks, like the shower drained slowly and the toilet sometimes had to be double flushed, but overall it is beautiful and enjoyable. The price is great. I'll be coming back.

This is a beautiful property, very quiet and relaxing. Not very busy. The complaints I have are related to amenities and maintenance. The elevator and hot tubs don't work. They say they have laundry but that is 5 blocks away. Wifi is poor and sometimes hardly works. No coffee maker or microwave in the room. I would gladly pay more if these things were fixed.
