Staff was nice and room seemed clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. The AC worked but was right above the bed and spitting black stuff that looked like ashes or mold right onto our faces.

Love this hotel. It is perfectly located being close to Plaza 28 de Julio, Quinta Avenida, Oxxo, Circle K, Soriana, Walmart, and great restaurants like Ay Taco and El Fogón. The hotel is modern, clean, and safe. There is a pool, hammocks, and loungers on the roof. I rarely heard noise from other guests but on some nights (usually weekends) you can hear noise from the plaza until about 11 or 12. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. There are some very minor touch-ups that could be made in the rooms but nothing to complain about. My only disappointment was that the hot tub was never hot. It would have been nice to relax in it in the evening but it was always cold. I will definitely stay here next time I visit playa and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Shower head needs to be replaced...water spewing all over.The water in the shower was not warm...very uncomfortable.It would be nice to have a bottle of water in the room as well as some ice.The staff was friendly and helpful .The room was clean and quiet.Lication was good...close to stores and the beach

The hotel is modern, the bed is firm, and it is clean. The water could be a little warmer, but this is not unlike many Playa hotels. It is away from the 5th and 10th avenue craziness and is quiet.

The rooms here are very well maintained; always clean and well attended. The front desk staff was able to switch my room as well, and I greatly appreciated their flexibility. The rooftop area is a great place to relax.

No geral a hospedagem foi muito boa. Limpeza era feita diariamente. A piscina e otima. Ambiente quieto. A uma quadra do Walmart e do Mega Soriana que é melhor que o Wallmart. O único problema foi o chuveiro que estava entupido. Precisaria limpar para o fluxo de água ser mais forte. No mais recomendo. Foi ótimo.

staff was kind and it was a nice overall place/ convenient location. only things that need to mention is the tv kept disconnecting from wifi every 10 minutes, the walls are very thin so we kept getting woken up, and the water pressure wasn’t great.

The property is good but there is need to improve on certain areas like shower heads in bathrooms and lighting switches along with access doors etc. Room is clean and service was excellent. The location is convenient and easy to walk to 5th avenue. For the price I paid I am happy with the service. No complaint as such except for the shower heads and lighting in he room.

I would like to thank everyone at Meliora by Bunik ——- the 2 very nice ladies at the front desk during the day, the gentleman who was at the desk at night, and all of the housekeeping staff. Everyone did their job above and beyond my expectations, and I will be forever grateful. I was just there for 2 weeks, and every day they all made my vacation even better.
