This resort exceeded our expectations, we had an amazing experience! The property is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and clean. Every staff member went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I don’t usually have high expectations for food at all inclusive resorts but the restaurant food is delicious. Amazing experience, I would definitely stay here again!

We've been to several all-inclusive resorts in Mexico (including Fairmont Mayakoba).. and this one has been our favorite! Upon our arrival we upgraded to the "reserve" area for a very reasonable cost and it was well worth the price. We truely can't say enough about the quality of the staff and food. Staff were excellent. Rooms were big. My only complaint was the lack of the activity schedule access, which we found in the fitness centre only, and the staff were not sticking to that schedule for the first few days until another traveller complained to management. The last half of the trip was very engaging.
