The lot is approximately 8,000 square feet, and because of its shape and intense vegetation, it is virtually impossible to see the house and pool area from the street. Villa Jardin Tropical is the most private villa in all of Playacar.

The 625-square-foot pool is heated and reaches 7 feet at its deepest. It has a diving board and 6-seat Jacuzzi-style seating area with water massage. The pool also contains a 5.5 horsepower Swim-Jet system that produces a current so that you can “do laps” while swimming in place. The house has central air-conditioning and DIRECTV satellite service in all the bedrooms.
