Liked not having to make reservations for special dinners . The beach bars were awesome and that they brought out popsicles and ice cream to beach. Loved the coconut party. Beach was excellent and pools and all were great. Gym is lacking and some things didn't work. Food was decent and breakfast especially excellent. Cleaner than anyplace I've stayed. Staff is beyond excellent and accommodating. Cannot wait to come back.

This was are 3rd year in RIU Playacar. We love it and will be back next year. The staff is awesome.

The property seems to be average. We never had a problem with the room service. She always had our room very clean. The ice machine worked one day while we were there. They weren’t able to get it fixed after that. The beach is beautiful and they do an awesome job with keeping it clean. The servers were awesome in bring drinks down to the beach even without asking. We found the food at the Yucatán was better. I’m not saying the food was bad but average. They put on a party at the Tequila which was a lot of fun. I only wish I would’ve brought white clothing to where to it. Overall our vacation was very relaxing and enjoyed our time there.
