Everything was wrong. Over priced hotel. For what we paid. they were over booked big time . You have to compete for everything. I will break it down one item at a time. Pool chairs: you have to be up at 5 AM to reserve seats. If you come by 7 AM You are out of luck. Two grown up men were yelling and fighting over chairs. I'm coming on vacation to relax not to hussle and bussle. Even if you want to pay for a cabana you should reserve before you arrive. Food : they run out of stuff very early in the day, low quality definitely doesn't align with the price Staff: they try their best but you can tell they are trained to twll you i will talk to my manager and see the. An hour after, sorry sir we are out or all tables are booked . Alcohol, very cheap low quality again does not align with the price when we paid 15000 for 6 nights . Front desk : phones don't work ,if they do they don't answer or they hang up on you. You have to hussle for everything. The lady that checked us in didn't give us a piece of information on what is going on, all she said all on the app, the app doesn't work and crashes . Room service sucks 90 minutes to get the food .very limited menu and cold. We stayed here before everything was much better .this place went down big time. Take your family and momey somewhere else.

Other than restaurants staffs who were pushing you to tip more than usual tips at the resorts,( once one of them threw the tips on the table) , everyone and everything else was fine and pleasant. We booked the Diamond Club and it was well worth it. Clarissa was our butler and she was the absolute best- calm and friendly and gets the job done! We also had a server named Marco, at multiple restaurants, who was the friendliest, happiest person who offered amazing service as well. Juan was a Diamond Club pool attendant who was so helpful and gracious. Everyone made our stay that much better. Our room was super clean and overlooked the pool and beach. The resort itself was very clean and well taken care of. The food was wonderful and there was so many options! We loved the cafe for our caffeine fix and a little treat anytime of day. The pools, splash area and water slides were perfect. The beach had the softest, nicest sand on that stretch of resorts in my opinion. I can’t say enough great things about this place. We’ll definitely be back!

Good parts first, because fair is fair: * Beautiful location and rooms * Great variety of food and drink * Kids club is excellent * Guest services was clutch helping me recover my wallet * Amazing crepes That said... It's hard to describe how bad this experience was. Worst part was having the buffet explode like a bomb in front of me and my son. The poor family in front of us had a son with red face crying. It was terrifying - the fire, the smoke, the pots and pans going everywhere. Second worst part was food poisoning. The hygiene at the place was substandard. The pools were unusable as a family due to overcrowded chairs. You had to be up at 6am to reserve chairs. They didn't help with a late checkout, despite having food poisoning and this explosion happen to us. Then as we were leaving - and late for the airport- they detained us telling us didn't have them the paper (which we did, earlier to another person). Sprinkle over all this: constant upsells and marketing pitches disguised as hospitality. (Can't get a pool chair? Buy one!! But wait: become a member and it's 75% off. Oh, we can't reserve one unless you're a member. Oh wait. There's none available anyway. Maybe tomorrow.) I thought this would be a place my family could relax and enjoy our vacation, not get our faces burned off and food poisoning and sold club memberships and then HELD FROM GOING TO THE AIRPORT. What the actual hell.

Disappointed Despite Hardworking Staff The staff were courteous and worked tirelessly, but management decisions consistently undermined the experience. Staff parking lines the end of the two-mile entrance drive—a cluttered, unprofessional first impression that set low expectations the property unfortunately met. I paid a significant premium for Diamond Club, expecting elevated service. While the assistants helped (Ivan & Enrique were great) with reservations, the "Diamond" rooms disappointed. Hallways showed wear, and food plates sat outside rooms for 12+ hours—not the attention to detail expected when paying extra for premium status. Every restaurant visit involved extended waits for seating, service, and drinks. This reflects poorly on management, not the staff, who were stretched impossibly thin. At check-in, before receiving my room, I was pressured to schedule a timeshare presentation. I'd already paid premium rates—why pitch more memberships before I've even seen my room? The nickel-and-diming continued: wristbands replace keycards, but lose yours and face substantial replacement charges. I spent four days at the Waldorf Astoria next door. The difference was night and day—impeccable maintenance, proper staffing, no upselling. Premium pricing should deliver premium experience. Here, it doesn't. Management prioritizes profit over guest satisfaction.

Pros newly build hotel has a modern 5 star feeling , clean and manicured. good variety of restaurants beautiful pools and water park. evening programs are average but enjoyable. beach is not very wide , probably 2 feet from the boundary , beach is not very clean , lots black debris floating make the water black. Cons 2 queen beds are advertised but we have given 1 king bed , they explained it’s there in the rule, you can’t choose the beds they will assign on check in, this was a huge deal breaker for us, as we are traveling with family of four almost all adults. the sofa beds are awful don’t count on even sleeping even a day, we end up getting a rollaway bed that saved our trip. Very bad experience on day one. limited or no nightlife very secluded area from the city , you have to pay $100 to reach nearest locality. , if you are looking to explore local areas you should not book this hotel. very hard to reserve dinner as the provided app opens slot at midnight and if you are 5 min late you will not get your choice.

The ladies and gents at the pool were amazing!! We rented the cabanas pretty much every day and shoutout to Paula, Isreal and all the other great servers! Entertainment team was excellent kept us happy and entertained! Restaurants were amazing! Quality food was served.
