As with any experience, we made it work. For example, we were told when we arrived that water pressure is sometimes an issue, and indeed, one night there was zero water for a few hours. Staff worked to their best ability to resolve this as fast as they could. All emenities were within a short walk - (best breakfasts/lunches at Chou Chou’s one block south - best burgers/Aperol Spritz at Mu’s approx 2 blocks south) - but far enough to not hear noise from bars/clubs. Roof top pool was great with good views. Good value for the price.

What a nice place to stay in Playa del Carmen! You are still walking distance from the 5th so you can party if you want, but it is far enough away that it is quiet and peaceful at night. There are lots of restaurants and food stands, and a huge grocery store if you want to use the kitchen in your room and self cater. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, the mattress was quite firm. Impeccably cleaned when we went out, they did a wonderful job every time.Our private balcony was nice to relax on in the evening. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool area, so nice to spend an afternoon up there just reading and cooling off in the pool. We are coming back for one night before flying home, hopefully we can book a room here again, it was such a nice stay. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Playa!

Very clean and just like the pictures on-line. The roof garden and pool amazing the kids loved it. The only thing it needed was parking. We rented a car from the Airport and not having parking was a downside.

All pictures are true, we would stay here again. Edgardo and Anna were very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is not fully equipped but we managed and made some small purchases we left behind for other guest. We did have tiny ants that came in from the ceiling and the cleaning staff were trying their best to get rid of them but didn't while we were there. Hopefully they are gone now.

The place is nice clean modern, staff re nice. One little point that we didn’t appreciate much is the pool is full most of the time and you should take a place early morning and small pool compared to the size of the guests! And you can’t access the pool at night even jst to have a quiet nice view without swimming and i dont know the purpose of that !!!!!! But overall it s a good place with a reasonable price 40$ a night !

This is an excellent property. When you check in, Juan Carlos makes you feel right at home. All the staff are very accommodating and go above and beyond on every occasion. The property is conveniently located near many excellent restaurant and shops.

I checked out and left immediately to the Hyatt. There are two chairs by the pool no place to lounge or take the sun no place to buy water in the building coming off a flight your thirsty . Terrible I read the reviews and they lied it’s far from the beach. As a courtesy leave water for your guests or have a vending machine .
