Very Disappointing – Misleading Listing & Poor Service
I stayed at this hotel from Dec 30–Jan 1 and booked two rooms with balcony and street view through Expedia. The experience was unacceptable.
There is no real 24/7 front desk. After certain hours, only security is present. I landed around 6 PM and called the front desk many times before arrival — no one ever answered.
Upon arrival, we were given rooms with a balcony but no street view, which is not what we booked or paid for. I showed them my Expedia confirmation, but they didn’t care, blamed Expedia, and then asked for $200+ per room to “upgrade” us to the exact room type we had already purchased.
Basic amenities were missing — not even bottled water was provided in the room.
The bathroom faucet is poorly designed and positioned so close to the sink that turning on the water causes it to splash everywhere, soaking you.
Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. This hotel clearly relies on misleading listings and inflated ratings. There are many better hotels around Quinta Avenida.
Recommendation: stay away from this hotel.
