A horrible place with terrible service as couldn’t even check in. No one was there. With a Spanish-speaking tenant’s help, tried calling but the person who picked up kept saying “no habla ingles” and hanging up. Tried messaging the WhatsApp number as per their QR code posted at the front door but never got a response, even a day and two days later. Had to find somewhere else to stay.

Very nice place for the money. PROS: Clean, close to everything, easy access, nice breeze with all the windows open, nice shower. CONS: Noisy dogs most days (all day), next to two popular restaurants that play music late, kitchenette not well stocked for cooking, no towels or rags in the kitchen, chairs and couch not comfortable, hard mattress.

Nice and cute place

I stayed here for 1 day but even for just that one day the personnel of the hotel were really nice and attentive. I will be definitely be back. Good location close to the beach

well priced for what you get in return

It’s actually a nice place, but it is poorly maintained. To be more clear, the building it self is great, but the rooms not so much. It seems the administration is extremely frugal, and doesn’t know what have a sense about the cost of doing business.

Very nice for the price we paid. 24 hour front desk. Safe and secure as everyone entering hotel goes by front desk. Room included kitchen. Parking is on the street, but can park near front desk and street is well lit. No elevator, and we were on 4th floor, but not a big deal for us.

(1) The property is in good location, but hard to find by shuttles: walking distance to main thoroughfares, supermarkets/pharmacies beach, restaurants, money exchanges; can get some sleep, as it is not near clubs, and is in a residential area (2) Property has amenities: jacuzzis (but water is cold!); kitchenette (but no supplies); small pool, but usually unclean; continental breakfast

Good but very basic.

Location is pretty good and is far enough from all the action on 5th that the hotel remains quiet at night. The place felt more like a low end condo or air bnb since it had a kitchenete. It was fine for the high season of new years but I think there are better options.

Dont waste your money

I booked using hotels.com which was quick and easy and about the only good thing about this place. DO NOT BOOK HERE you will regret it The room seemed alright at first, the pool is small and is shaded for the afternoon. When I came back around supper time, it was as if there was a night club inside of the room, coming from the neighboring property. The towels were dirty on the bed, one had a black stain, the room also smelled of vinegar on arrival. The curtains were too small to cover the windows fully. I actually left and booked a room in another hotel, when I asked for a refund on the way out, they were unable to offer me a refund for the following night that I had booked. but after dealing with the loud music I would rather be out my money than have to spend the night here.

Great Long Term stay !

Suite 24 hotel is an amazing Place everybody is awesome here they have a free continental breakfast with fruit bananas cereal coffee bread peanut butter and jelly just enough to survive so you don't starve they have a full kitchen in each room where you can cook incredible meals big frigerator microwave coffee pot utensils the bed is very comfortable queen bed and the TV has cable channels air conditioning is ice cold the place is really really amazing for the cheap price it is super cheap this is a good stay even long-term I am here for two weeks A+ rating !

A+ highly recommend

Hotel 24 and has everything you need the pool is a little small but the rooftop is nice and they have continental breakfast with bananas toast free water free coffee apples it's actually pretty good and one or two blocks away you can go to a supermarket and buy anything you want and cook it in the kitchen they have all the pots and pans and utensils that you can used to cook meals in the kitchen !

Hotel close to the beach

Nice location, near from bars, the beach and restaurant. The amenities was only for two days, that’s not good but... it could be better. The pool is small but in the roof top there is a nice Jacuzzi to get relax after the beach.

Water pressure fail & rotten stain in the wall

Water pressure at 10% (so no shower..) the toilet took 10 to refill between flushes. Found out in the morning they knew about the problem with the water, they didn’t apologise nor really cared. Horrid rotten stain falling from the aircon. Comfy bed, and aircon worked tho..

Small hotel

Nice hotel in downtown Cancun, across street to mall and 15mins to cancun beach clubbing area. My problem with hotel is they charge higher then other hotels in the area but are cheap when it comes to towels, washrags, etc. I feel that the hotel should offer more to guest. For example, maybe give 2 tickets per room for free breakfast. Breakfast is only $5...so hotel will be giving back $10 to guest. I think thats fair because the price is too high for what you recieve.

Room first assigned for 7 nights was not one advertised. Was told that's all we have. Fortunately a pipe burs under bathroom sinkt and caused big studio to flood. With water tank and burst pipe took 4 days to repair.. Surprise..got moved to a room that was more like one advertised. Both rooms were dirty. Sheets not changed in 7 days.Recieved one new towel. Had to ask for toilet paper.Take sanitary wipes and large black plastic bags. Curtains are 8 inches to a foot to small for windows..Actually, book somewhere else Great neighborhood with plenty of options.

Excellent choice

Good price,new building with nice design, kitchen, its quiet in the hotel, quiet, and quiet neighborhood, as it is not on the main road, location is fine, 10 min to walking street, 2 min to Mega grocery supermarket. Some restaurants around, good pizza on the corner! Did not want to leave , but it was fully booked.

Average budget hotel.

I question the 5.0 rating in the only other review. The breakfast was very marginal (toast/jam/orange or apple and black coffee (no milk). All the front desk personnel struggled with English (as I struggle with Spanish). The location is nearly two miles from ADO bus terminal, ferry terminal and popular Senor Frogs. Construction on a new hotel has just started across the street from Studio 24 and will be noisy for the remainder of the year.
