Property just off the strip. Food was good a bit bland in some cases good portion sizes. Rooftop was nice not too busy but busy enough. Staff were very friendly and helpful where necessary.

Fun place to stay - Rooftop pool has zen music quietly playing until about 10AM, then the DJ arrives & the subwoofers get energized! It’s an absolutely gorgeous view from up there, fun group of people (some day pass guests), a big bar, and kitchen for service to your cabana/table/lounger. Very reasonable & fantastic servers, I had Fransisco Miguel this past week, he was running around for 10 hours straight & superb at remembering every detail - plus a super nice guy! The entire team up there is great, overall the hotel has very good, friendly staff, it’s spotless & affordable - plus about a 1-minute walk to 5th Avenue, 3-4 minute walk to the beach…Mamitas beach club is at the dead end of the street 28. The Reef 28 is a beautiful resort with wonderful staff and relaxing atmosphere for our 15th Anniversary. Staff members were great and the Roof Top offered great drinks and views and a wonderful atmosphere. As an adults only spot, it didn't have all the 24/7 activities, but provides a place to relax and have as much or as little excitement that you like. The rooms are absolutely beautiful; we stayed in the luxurious grand master suite with a partial ocean view. Room was spacious and well maintained. Although we were right below the roof bar, and also somewhat facing other restaurants/bars; we didn't have an issue with noise. Restaurants were lovely with a variety of food choices. And while there were several vegetarian options; there were very few truly vegan/plant based options, but the wait staff were very helpful in offering suggestions and making substitutions for us to have an enjoyable meal. We booked through Expedia, but still had excellent service for the most part. They do prefer you book directly with them. Trying to reach the hotel prior to our trip to arrange transportation was impossible (not sure if that was because we booked through Expedia). We had to make our own transport arrangements, which actually worked to our advantage. If you need transport suggestions, go with Cancun Elite!! Staff members worked hard to make our trip completely enjoyable! Hydrotherapy and Spa were also EXCELLENT! Would definitely stay here again, primarily because of excellent staff
