This is our favorite resort in Mexico. The staff is so cordial and accommodating. The food is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. If you have not been here, you must add it to your bucket list. Pure relaxation. My only complaint was the spa. They should expand it and add a hydrotherapy area. It's quite small and the treatment rooms are close to what was supposed to be the quiet lounge area. Yet people sitting there were so loud I had trouble relaxing.

As always, the Valentine was an amazing resort. The staff is always super friendly, helpful and kind. The food is top-tier every restaurant amazing food. The booze is top shelf and the nightly entertainment. It’s pretty good.

Our overall stay was nice. Property was beautiful and the staff were wonderful. Didn’t care for the food, but that’s a personal preference. Also, all the rooms smell like mildew, but I’ve found that in just about every all inclusive up and down the carribean. This resort while top notch is huge. Too big for my liking personally. I was told they employee roughly 1000 people, so that should tell you how big this place is. The clientele also seemed to be much older than my husband and I and we are in our mid 40’s. Make sure you get down to the pool to save your seats by 6:30am or your out of luck for a pool seat. Overall it was nice, but I think next time I’ll look into something a little smaller.

The property is very expensive and covers a lot of area. It’s very peaceful. Natural growth of the tropical bushes and trees creates more of a peaceful ambience. The natural beauty of the ocean and beach combined with the iguanas and birds and other creatures make it a truly memorable experience worth having
