The property was almost everything we expected only a few minor things. Our first dinner our service was at Mar Y Tierra was horrible, waiters kept ignoring us and took for ever to attend us. I completely understand that we came in peak heat season but I would have liked the pool to just be bit colder. It would have been nice to have just a bit more activities activities in the pool. Other than this we loved it had a great time and definitely recommend glad we came!! Oh by the way the excursion to swim with the turtles 100% recommend!!

Amazing and friendly staff all the way around. Beautiful grounds that are well cared for and clean. Rooms are amazing - we stayed in the Emerald Suite and worth the price. Beach is not swimmable due to sargassum but that is no fault of the resort They are cleaning the sand constantly. Absolutely would recommend. This was our second stay and will be back

My husband and I stayed for 4 full days and experienced excellent service from beginning until the very end of our trip. I love that this resort has kept the Spanish colonial charm in its decor the grounds are beautifully preserved. The food (especially for resort food) was great. I would say the best we have ever experienced at any resort we have ever visited. We enjoyed the pool and even opted for room service on one of the evenings.The shows were great and entertainment was good. Please be aware that they do have a dress code for their restaurants, men must wear closed toe shoes and pants for their dinner services. We would definitely recommend this resort if you’re looking to stay here. Thank you for an amazing experience we look forward to seeing you again in the future!

We have been to several resorts in Riviera Maya, but this was our first visit to Valentin Imperial. This resort was our favorite by far. The resort was clean and beautifully landscaped. The staff was friendly and we had excellent service. Dining options were great, and the overall food quality was better than other resorts. We booked a Silver Junior suite, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We will be back.
