It’s a 20-minute walk to the Ado bus station and downtown. The hotel was nice and well-maintained—a great value for the price. Breakfast had a Mexican theme, though the selection of eggs and omelets could have been a bit more varied. The bike rental option was great; since it’s close to the main street, you can walk 5 minutes to catch the mini-bus to Cenote Azul or hop on a minibus to Tulum.

The hotel is dated, the shower was rusted, the desk was chipped. But it has a great location if you do not have a car; you can walk to the mall, the 5th Ave, restaurants, and grocery store. The breakfast is very good, and the staff was always very nice.

Honestly, this stay was very disappointing. The property looks nothing like the photos online. The room was in poor condition, with stained bedding, damaged furniture, mold in the bathroom, and general signs of neglect throughout. Cleanliness and maintenance are clearly not a priority here.
