It features an attractive 70 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 1,000 m² garden. The accommodation is composed as follows:

Basement:
- A 100 m² space equipped for laundry.

First floor:
- A 70 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area, plus a games and reading area. Books and board games (scrabble, cards, triomino...) are available.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, electric chopper, electric whisk, electric citrus squeezer... A Senseo pod coffee maker and a filter coffee maker are also available.
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

Second floor:
- Bedroom 2: One double bed (140x190)

The house is ideally located in Plestin-les-Grèves (between the islands of Bréhat and Batz), in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities:
- Stroll along the Lieue de Grève, a large sandy beach ideal for walking, relaxing or windsurfing.
- Visit Roscoff and Batz Island, an enchanting Breton duo combining harbor charm, marine heritage and wild outdoor escapades, a 45-minute drive away.
- Hiking on the Sentier des Douaniers (GR34), offering superb views of the sea, the cliffs and the Pink Granite coastline.
- Water sports on the Douron, a natural estuary between river and sea
- Visit the 7 islands from Perros-Guirec and the charming “côte de Granit Rose”.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park all types of vehicle directly in front of the house and downhill from the garage.
