Mandatory Security Deposit

• A €1,500 security deposit is required for all bookings, including Airbnb guests, via a bank pre-authorization.

• You will receive a message 2 days prior to your arrival with a link to complete your registration and secure the deposit via your credit card. Access to the property cannot be granted if this step is not completed.

Security / Cameras Outdoor security cameras are installed on the premises for the safety of the property. However, they are currently deactivated (no active subscription) and no recording takes place during your stay.
