The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Plougrescant, this charming house of lime pit foot with sight sea, to less 280 meters of the beach, of a surface of 50 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 23 m², an open equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and an exterior of about 150 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day space :
- A living room of 23 m² with flat screen TV, Wifi, sofa, armchair, pouf and dining area (4 chairs and a bench 2 places).
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
Night space:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200), with memory foam mattress topper and a dressing room.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200), a bunk bed (two beds) and storage space.
- A bathroom with shower, double sink, hair dryer and washing machine.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed outdoor space of about 150 m² benefiting from a concrete/wood terrace, exposed South / South-West with furniture (parasol, table, chairs, charcoal barbecue, 2 sunbeds) to enjoy the beautiful days as well as an outdoor solar shower.
- Technical space with bike hook and space to store your kayaks, paddles or other.

The house is ideally located in Plougrescant, in a protected natural environment in a preserved coastal area on the GR34. You will be close to all the essential shops in the village, but also to restaurants, bars, market (on sunday morning)...

Activities :
- Hiking - fishing on foot - canoeing - sailing - boating - oyster tasting...
- Visit site of the chasm (house between the 2 rocks), Point of the castle...
- Island of Bréhat

Transportation :
- You can park for free in front of the accommodation.
