Nestled in lush greenery, this charming stone house offers an ideal setting, where you can enjoy the countryside while being close to the sea. The interior of this cottage tastefully blends old-world charm with cozy and elegant decor. As for the exterior, a pretty terrace opens onto a garden crossed by a small stream: perfect for relaxing. Close to the region's most beautiful sites, its location is ideal. 7 km away, discover Locquemeau with its beach, port, the cliffs of Trédrez, and the GR34 hiking trail for beautiful hikes. The seaside resort of Saint-Michel-en-Grève and its large beach are also 7 km away. Lannion, a Town of Art and History, offers a historic center 5 km away and all shops. Also explore the wonders of the Pink Granite Coast with Perros-Guirec (15 km) and Ploumanac'h (19 km). Don't forget to cross the departmental border towards Finistère. The seaside resort of Locquirec is 16 km away. Morlaix is 33 km away. Between the Pink Granite Coast and the Bay of Morlaix, come and enjoy this lovely renovated stone house.
