Holiday Home 'Petit Gîte Sables D' Or 600m Plage' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Treat yourself to a pleasant vacation in this modern, comfortable gîte for 4 people, refurbished in 2020, set in 3,000 m2 of wooded grounds just 600 m from the large beach and marshes of Sables d'or les pins. The gîte offers the peace and quiet of the countryside yet is only 600m from the sea, visible from several points in the garden. The location is ideal.



Accommodation

The gîte is fully equipped, with a comfortable sofa bed, TV, internet access, table and 2 chairs. The small kitchen has all the comforts of a large one, with oven, microwave, kettle, Senséo coffee machine, toaster, plates, cutlery, pans and other kitchen utensils. The shower room features a large shower, washbasin, toilet and towel rail. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a 160x200 bed and storage lockers.



The private terrace also has its own outdoor dining table and barbecue.

A key box is at your disposal, so you don't have to worry about keys wandering around. A code will be given to you on arrival.



An umbrella bed can be provided on request.



Bed linen and shower towels are provided, so you can make the most of your vacation.



There's a common room with the other gîte where you'll find a washing machine and a large freezer.



The gîte is close to the GR34 with its magnificent sandy beach. Just 10 min from the great natural sites of Cap d'Erquy - Cap Fréhel & the Château du Fort la Latte.



In the spacious, wooded garden with a total surface area of 3 ooo M2, you're sure to meet our very friendly hen as well as our cat N'to and our very sociable dog Paros. The dog will not have access to your gîte.



Travellers' access

You'll have full use of the gîte and the garden. We'll be staying in the house on the same plot, with no direct neighbours.
