the service was lovely - rob is a really nice guy and the room was really clean. unfortunately from the room description we didn’t understand that shower is inside the actual bedroom making the room unbearably hot. The window only opens a tiny bit and a fan is small. We honestly think that it shouldn’t be rented out during the summer season. The toilet was actually not connected with the room, so we had to go outside and find it in a corridor. The location is great and we were assisted with parking and permit!

Lovely B&B,friendly hosts

Location: Close to the city center,Barbican and the Hoe
It was our second stay at the hotel. Close to the city center and Barbican it is a lovely place to stay. Hosts,Rob and Sue are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean and cozy with fantastic breakfast. Will return again.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast.

Pros: location and breakfast
Cons: nothing
Location: Walking distance to restaurants the Barbican and Hoe.
Great location, fantastic breakfast and attentive staff. Looking forward to staying again!

Nice guest house

Pros: Great location, nice staff and lovely breakfast.
Cons: Ventilation
Location: Perfect to access the Hoe and Barbican area.
Lovely guest house, with fantastic breakfast, great location and nice hosts. We should have asked for a fan as room was a bit warm overnight. Arrived approx. half hour later than anticipated arrival time during afternoon and hosts were out - was tiny bit difficult to call hosts to get into property (poor mobile phone reception in area).
