The hotel is new, with good size rooms. However, it being a new hotel, I was surprised to see shower stall having mold on the bottom grout. The breakfast hot items seemed to be microwaved food. I had scrambled eggs just brought in, and it was cold. I enjoyed having 3 sets of towels for 2 people, though. We always run out of towels when there were only 2 sets.

This was my first stay in this hotel but I have stayed in many in this area of the state. The by far is the best for bang for your buck. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and the welcome was inviting and employees focused on customer service which is not found in many places these days.

The staff was fantastic and the pricing good. The room was not great. I woke up freezing, 60 degrees, although the thermostat was set to 68. I couldn't get the heat to work. The water pressure was beyond terrible. It took me about 20 minutes to fully rinse my hair. For a new hotel, I was surprised to see carpeting wrinkled causing a tripping hazard, poorly finished trim work. The adverised amenities were not avaliable; pool and restaurant/bar not in operation. I would not book again.
