Excellent location

The hotel was excellent, it was in prime location for the Hoe and also the town 5 mins walk away . Would highly recommend anyone to use this hotel, only draw back there are no drawers in your room for clothing , there is a big double wardrobe with a iron and ironing board.

Great experience

We stayed in the Standard Room with 1 King Bed and a Sofa Bed for 2 nights. The room was spacious and comfy. Their underground carpark was a bit narrow but very convenient. Also like their penthouse restaurant which has an excellent view.

Great weekend.

I had a lovely weekend with my family. Hotel is very well located, structure is amazing and staff is very friendly. I also had an amazing dinner in the restaurant in the rooftop with a great view of the ocean.

Very quiet. I was in 503. An area that needs improvement is the bathroom tib design. Very difficult to enter and exit. If the shower foor could slide to rear of tub it would be easier. The tiled nox at back of toilet makes this hazardous. A person with the least mobility challenges may not get a bath or shower. I did not shower daily as I was afraid of falling.

Another fantastic stay, we have stayed here multiple times and have always had a great time, the location is excellent and it’s a lovely walk to Sutton Harbour and The Barbican through the Hoe park and along the coast and it only takes 10 minutes.

Upgrade is Great!

The staff upgraded me to the 9/F. The room was huge with not one but two queen-sized beds. Unlike some hotels, there is a fridge in the room. They provided a total of 4 small bottles of water. In my opinion, that is a great little touch on a hot summer day. Their free wifi is fast and smooth. It is even great for watching YouTube videos. The shower was a little weak, but I don't recall a good shower at a hotel to begin with. Otherwise, the room was just quiet and comfortable.

A Minor Hiccup but still Good

This was my second stay within a week. Unlike my first night, they didn't upgrade me to a bigger, upper-level room. Still, the room I got on the 5/F was spacious and comfortable. There was a minor issue with the shower drainage. Water just wouldn't drain properly. There was even a watermark on the carpet in front of the bathroom. I was surprised to learn that no one reported it when I told the front desk. Housekeeping should have seen the watermark on the carpet. Regardless, it was a nice night of stay except for that little hiccup.
