Great stay but don't bother with breakfast!

Hotel was well decorated in the main areas - looking fairly newly redone. The service was good. The only issue is the quality of the breakfast buffet is terrible - i mean really terrible. We arrived at breakfast around 9.30 - the eggs were like rubber, sausages the cheapest you can buy, bacon like rubber, instant coffee only. The toast was the highlight, which speaks volumes. Otherwise a great stay.

Unfortunately the heating is on a time clock and room and bathroom where freezing , no point having a heated towel rail if the heating is off , i was offerd a heater but that woukdnt help the bathroom , also the walls / property allow noise, staff where friendly,helpful and apolgetic

Great stay, had a nice meal in the bar area. Then went swimming and used the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Had a gym available to use too. Location was good for the area I had to visit. I would stay again.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded every expectation! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with every amenity I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, and the hotel’s facilities were top-notch – especially the gym and pool! I genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing. Beautiful grounds and friendly staff

A real gem close to Plymouth and the staff could not have been nicer particularly the ladies on front desk. Enjoyed the swimming pool and had great evening meal in bar area.
