3 days no wifi in our 4th floor room despite reporting it daily. Reception staff & maintenance didn't believe us stating there is no problem with the WiFi!! Ourselves and other guests had to leave our rooms & sit in the corridor near the lift in order to send important emails. On checkout reception finally said maintenance were buying parts in B&Q to try and fix the problem they had previously told us didn't exist. Room bathroom also stank of stale urine like it hadnt been cleaned for weeks.

Everything went well. I paid £89 for a double room. Room is spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, but a little of the expensive side @ £16 per head. Parking was easy. The staff were polite and friendly. No complaints.

It was clean and local to the hospital The resturrant was expensive and the choice of food was limited and did not like the service charge it is the only thing letting the hotel down

Lovely place to stay usually, reported a broken bed and no one came to fix it so went home, very hot in room, couldn’t keep the window open as Aldi next door had a delivery about 4 am and was very loud. Phone in room wasn’t working. Breakfast staff (Jane)was friendly, so easy to talk too

It’s a lovely hotel, well presented and well kept. Nice little things likes dressing gowns, slippers, free muffins and apples! Staff are great, breakfast yummy with lots of choice. Incredible good value for how the hotel is presented and what is there.
