• Bathroom 1: you must walk down the stairs outside from the living space to get to the bathroom downstairs. For bathing, the shower is outdoors in a stall around the corner from the entry to the kitchen.

• Fire pit – great for cozy evenings outdoors. We stock firewood periodically; if available, you’re welcome to use it. We recommend bringing extra wood if you plan to have a fire.

• The cabin is not heated and is seasonal (late spring–early fall).
• Nearby cabins and lake activity mean you may see or hear others.
• Traffic can be heavy near the Sagamore & Bourne Bridges during peak Cape Cod travel times.
• All roads to the cabin are paved; no special vehicle needed.
• Parties, smoking, or house rule violations may result in a $1,000 fee.
• Starter kit provided: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash liners.
• Parking available in front of the cabin for up to 2 vehicles.


GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have full private access to the entire home, including the backyard, garage, and fire pit. Only the storage closet/room is locked.

Check-in is simple and convenient with a smart lock keypad, allowing self check-in anytime after your scheduled arrival.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in this home.

- By completing the booking, you give permission to the host to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation.

- Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please be sure to check your spam inbox for this email and contact the host if you have any questions.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.

-Pets Welcome! Dogs up to 75 lbs allowed with a $100 pet fee.
