-The outdoor area offers a private heated infinity 54sqm pool, a spacious sun-deck area (partly covered )with 8 deck chairs, and next to it is a professional hard court tennis court. In front of the living room and next to the pool is a covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue and amazing panoramic views of unspoiled nature. There is also a playground for younger members of your group that offers a swing a slide and a wooden house. Five mountain bikes to help you explore the surrounding area are at your disposal.
-The ground floor consists of a very comfortable, air-conditioned living area with a TV, a sofa for 2 and 2 armchairs, a dining area with an exit to the outdoor dining area facing the refreshing pool, fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a Bedroom No1 with a super king-size bed 200x210, a TV an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a direct exit to the outdoor pool area. All interior is carefully furnished with high-quality furniture and details in a modern style. The entire front of the house is glazed and fitted with shutters that provide total blackout.
- Internal staircases take you to the lower ground floor where there is a Game room with a huge sofa (which can open into a comfy sofa bed for 2 pax), air-conditioning, and a big screen TV with PS4 (glass wall and a direct approach to outdoor stairs toward pool area). On this level is also a Finnish sauna, fitness equipment, and a bathroom with a shower.
-Internal stairs take you to the first floor which is Bedroom No2 with two single beds 100cm x 210cm with the ability to merge into a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a TV, A/C, and a terrace with outdoor furniture. A Bedroom No. 3 with a super king-size 200x210 cm bed with an extra pull-out bed. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a shower, TV, A/C, and a terrace with amazing nature and pool views. A Bedroom No4 with a super king-size 200x210cm bed with extra pull-out bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, TV, and A/C. The room has its own private balcony with a magnificent and breathtaking view of Imotski province and surrounding nature. From the hallway is an exit to the terrace on the west side with Whirlpool for 6 persons and amazing nature views.
