The yard is naturally landscaped with scattered rocks and a rocky embankment at the water's edge. The lake bottom is mostly rocky with some sand, allowing for deep-water swimming off the dock and swim platform. The dock can hold up to an 18' boat, and you'll have access to 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and a canoe to explore the pond! This location is ideal for those looking for a quiet retreat, with nearby access to the Sabbathday Lake Shaker Village, Poland Spring, and several area golf courses.
