Escape to this beautifully updated year-round home on Upper Range Pond, offering ample privacy and stunning views of the lake. Enjoy the spacious deck overlooking the water, surrounded by plenty of trees for shade and seclusion. The lot is level at the roadside, with a slight to moderate slope leading down to the water. The yard is naturally landscaped with scattered rocks and a rocky embankment at the water's edge. The lake bottom is mostly rocky with some sand, allowing for deep-water swimming off the dock and swim platform. The dock can hold up to an 18' boat, and you'll have access to 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and a canoe to explore the pond! This location is ideal for those looking for a quiet retreat, with nearby access to the Sabbathday Lake Shaker Village, Poland Spring, and several area golf courses.
