A holiday apartment in a modern resort complex with a swimming pool, sauna, and whirlpool tub. Located in the heart of a fashionable and popular spa town.
This holiday studio is located on the 4th floor (elevator available) with a balcony and stunning views of the surrounding area. The apartment is an open-plan space with a separate bedroom area (two single beds that can be joined into a double bed), a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom with a shower. Underfloor heating and air conditioning are also available. Wireless internet is available.
The apartment comes with one free underground parking space. The complex offers guests free access to a year-round indoor swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a sauna, and a whirlpool tub. Guests also have free access to a laundry room and an ice machine. There is also a fitness room and a children's playroom.
The price includes: electricity and water consumption, air conditioning, heating, swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool tub, fitness room, children's playroom, and internet. Polanica Zdrój is a polar foothill spa town. The town is very well-maintained and captivates with its numerous squares, promenades, and parks. There are plenty of places to stroll and pleasant cycling routes. There are numerous good restaurants, and in the evening, it's worth seeing the enchanting light and music show at the town fountain. There's also a summer toboggan run. Mountain hikers will enjoy a trip to the Errant Rocks in the Table Mountains. In winter, skiers can enjoy the professional Zieleniec ski resort (17 km from Polanica).
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
