'Graziosa Mansarda' Apartment with Mountain View and Air Conditioning

In a small hamlet of Pollein with just over 200 residents, only 10 minutes from Aosta’s center and the cable car to Pila, near the valley’s long cycling path, golf course, and the outdoor pool "les Illes," Graziosa Mansarda welcomes you for a peaceful stay on the third floor (no elevator). Every detail is designed for your comfort, just as we would wish for ourselves.



The apartment features a living area with kitchenette, one bedroom, and a bathroom. It accommodates up to 4 adults (double bed and sofa bed) plus a child up to 4 years old. A crib (sheets not included) and high chair are available for an extra fee. Fully furnished, it has independent heating and a fireplace. Firewood is provided on request for an extra fee.



You have everything you need to cook, air conditioning, two TVs with satellite receiver, cleaning and personal care products, bed linen, towels, and pillows of various firmness. Free extras include comb, toothbrushes, razors, shower cap, sewing kit, and vanity kit in single-use packaging.



Restaurants, bars, shops, post office, bank, pharmacy, and a shopping center are 1.5 km away. Reserved outdoor parking is free. On the ground floor there’s storage for skis, strollers, or luggage. The apartment is in a scenic, quiet area.



With a deposit, some bicycles may be available free of charge for adult guests. The area is well served by public transport, including night service, with a stop 100 meters away. Small or medium pets are accepted if agreed in advance and available for an extra fee.
