Casa La Palmera is a marvellous villa located in a peaceful and tranquil location on the outskirts of the magnificent ancient old town of Pollensa. Flanked by mature palm trees, and an abundance of colourful Mediterranean plants, as well as prolific established vines, Casa La Palmera has a pleasingly pastoral feel to it, yet, you’re less than a five minute drive from the facilities of nearby Pollensa. The abundant outdoor spaces are particularly appealing here, with an attractive shaded terrace providing the ideal spot for al fresco dining, a perfect place to sit back and relax whilst watching the younger members of the family splashing about in the enticing larger than average swimming pool. The interiors also boast their own charming qualities with wood beamed ceilings and air conditioning provided throughout, and a particularly comfy sofa to lounge back in whilst watching your choice of holiday DVD’s on the television! For those who wish to explore the beautiful surrounding area, Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia can all be reached within fifteen minutes by car, and for those seeking some retail therapy, there’s a wealth of colourful shops and attractive boutiques to rummage around in. Beach lovers will enjoy both Puerto Pollensa and Puerto Alcudia, as well as the amazingly beautiful beach of Formentor, a must visit when visiting this gorgeous northern coastline of Mallorca.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside one small 4cm step down. The front door has a width of 67cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 74cm wide. The terrace is mainly flat and tiled, however, there are 2 steps up to the pool. There is also a small lawn area. The twin bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 71cm, whilst the shower room door is also 71cm wide. There are 12 steps to the first floor, where both bedroom doors are 71cm wide.
