Located in the beautiful area of La Font, between the town of Pollensa and the Port of Pollensa, this beautiful and traditional house is ideal for a family holiday.
From the main entrance we reach a cosy dining room, fully equipped with a dining table and chairs and a sofa with armchairs.
On the other side of the entrance is the kitchen, equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven, electric hob, microwave and other necessary utensils for a holiday home of this category. The dishwasher and washing machine are located in the laundry room next to the kitchen.
A corridor gives us access to the bedroom area, which comprises a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all of which share two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have built-in wardrobes.
The beautiful 4 x 3 metre kidney-shaped swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden and native plants. The exterior of the house is completed by beautiful covered and uncovered terrace areas, ideal for enjoying the warm Mallorcan summer nights. The property also has a ping-pong table. The swimming pool is heated during the months of April, May and October to a maximum of 26 degrees.
